Dr. Allen Berkowitz has over 45 years of experience as a Strategic Planner and Mathematician. He has developed and implemented VA regional level strategic health service delivery plans, lead initiatives in rural health care and in innovative approaches to improve patient satisfaction, and served as the contracting specialist for patient centered care contracts. Dr. Berkowitz is a Senior Strategic Planner at EBA.
