Our planning and programming approach includes an integrated strategic planning process based on user input, experience, and requirements analyses. A major component of the planning process includes the assessment of client-specific factors we develop based upon input from the respective clients themselves. These factors establish the parameters for design of the tailored approach; including needs analyses, growth projections, FTE’s, number of stops, operational requirements evaluations, applications usage evaluations, traffic load analyses, evaluation of security issues, and in-depth site and staff surveys. The result of this phase of service is a comprehensive programming document that is prescribed for the specific planning project, and is also suitable for phased implementation of the medical centers, campus planning, developments, or mixed use projects.
