The Space Utilization Study was initiated by the USMMA to analyze existing space across the campus, assess space requirements for existing academic programs, services, and administrative spaces, to develop campus planning options that will contribute to improved program and service delivery with a positive fiscal outlook for the institution.
The scope of services includes: validation of client-provided plans; determination of existing space usage; and options for reallocation based on benchmarking of similar institutions.
